The 10s Day or Day 1 on our 3 Day Off-Season Template focuses on building power. The primary focus of this day is to develop the Alactic Energy System. This system is responsible for short and powerful bursts of energy lasting up to about 10s in length.
This training style will help hockey players build the power and strength they need to win races to the puck and accelerate faster on the ice.
